This hotel meets our needs and requirements perfectly. We love the hustle and bustle but also want to be able to find peace. Although Fisherman's Village is a busy and touristic place, Smile House is an oasis of tranquility. Our cottage was big, clean and very comfy. We had a nice veranda with easy chairs and a fan. The staff was very friendly and supportive. Every day new towels and water and they clean-up your cottage when you put the card on the door. The whole park is very well maintained. The two swimming-pools are as the rest of the park, very clean, well maintained and very inviting. We had breakfast in the Smile House restaurant at the beach. The first days we couldn't stop looking at the amazing views! Breakfast is complete and fresh. There is even an egg-/pancake station: a chef that makes whatever you like while your are waiting..! We booked the elephant sanctuary (the right one) tour and the pig-island tour via the Smile House reception and that was very well done. Taxi for picking up from the airport and bringing back at the end were also very easy to arrange.

Great location, easy to get to everything. Breakfast was ok. We were given bottled water daily and clean towels were left for us.

Perfect location, steps away from beach & shops,restaurants & night market, but very quiet & peaceful.Beautiful lush garden grounds. Room very big,clean & comfortable. Large double bed & also a sofa which we used as a small single. Water & beach towels provided daily. Lovely outside seating on patio with privacy given by plants. Staff extremely helpful & friendly. 2 lovely pools. Lovely eating breakfast on beach

Doing a lot of travelling and this is the nicest place we have stayed at... Stayed at more expensive places and this was way nicer. Beautiful spacious bungalow. Lush tropical gardens beautifully maintained, all around. Clean pools. Really great location. Far nicer than chaweng and Lamai in our opinion. Smile House is practically opposite coco tams and the fire show. Right next to the night market too, but a quiet location. Breakfast is 5 star too and right in the beach

This was out 6th family stay at smile house. Love the three bedroom villa, love all the staff, location is amazing. Breakfast is great with the best view. We will definitely be back. Feels like home.

Lovely quiet hotel although right off the Main Street. (Fisherman’s market) breakfast was perfect. Man cooks eggs for you in seconds. Loads of shops and restaurants to choose from nearby. Both pools were lovely. Room clean and tidy. Fresh water and towels everyday.

We stayed down the back of the resort and parked our scooters out the back. It was awesome to come and go like it was your own home. The rooms are great, clean and comfortable. There is a market next door which has loud music till 11 pm 3 nights a week but I didn’t go to sleep till after then so it was no problem for me. The air conditioner took just a little while to cool down but then was super cold. I would definitely stay here again. Awesome location in the heart of Fishermans Village. The beach on this side is okay but if you want great beaches, stay on the east side of Koh Samui. It’s only a 10-15 minute trip from Smile anyway.

We loved staying here. The staff were so welcoming and helpful, even playing a quick game of tennis with my son on the beach. The pools were prefect for us as they were surrounded by gorgeous gardens and more private than others along this strip. The location is unbeatable with too many choices within a two minute walk. We chose to go back to Smile restaurant multiple times due to the view, great food options, and lovely staff. The bungalows were not luxury, but cute and practical. We had all we needed, and they were cleaned whenever we requested. If we did not request cleaning, fresh water and towels were left on our deck each day. A special little hideaway.
